Practice Principal
Serving as the Practice Principal, Michael helps his clients to find security and peace of mind by guiding them through the financial advice process, while providing ongoing education and updates on their strategic plans. He will make your financial plan your own and purpose-built to assist you in reaching both your financial and lifestyle goals.
Michael has a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning and Accounting).
Outside of the office, Michael is an avid Melbourne Demons supporter and enjoys taking his children to the games whenever he can. He is a keen enjoyer of all sports and has been known to talk passionately for hours about this, given the chance.
Ben Tyler
Authorised Representative
As an Authorised Representative at Formation Financial Services, Ben is one of our servicing advisers with a very strong paraplanning background. For Ben, seeing his clients reach their aspirations is the most rewarding part of his role.
Ben is qualified with an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) at RMIT.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing bass in his band, and travelling to different part of the world to experience a variety of different cultures. He also enjoys reading, and on any given Sunday you might catch Ben on the couch with a book in hand.

Kerry’s Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Teaching degree, combined with her attention to detail and customer service skills make Kerry an important asset to Formation Financial Services.
In her spare time, Kerry loves spending time with her 4 children, cooking, and relaxing when she can!
