Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has led Formation Financial Services since founding the practice in 2009.

As Practice Principal, Michael works closely with clients to create customised financial strategies that provide clarity, security, and confidence. His approach emphasises guidance, ongoing education, and ensuring each plan is purpose-built to achieve financial and lifestyle objectives.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning and Accounting).

Outside the office, Michael is a passionate Melbourne Demons supporter and enjoys attending games with his children. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he is always eager to discuss the latest sporting developments.

Ben has been part of Formation Financial Services since 2016, building extensive industry experience and refining his expertise in delivering tailored financial advice.

As an Authorised Representative, Ben draws on his strong paraplanning background to develop high-quality, strategic solutions for clients. He finds the most rewarding part of his role is helping clients achieve their goals and aspirations.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning).

Outside of work, Ben enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with his family.

Kerry has been an integral part of Formation Financial Services since its establishment in 2009, serving as the Compliance and Administration Manager.

Kerry oversees the daily operations of the practice and manages all compliance requirements with efficiency and care. Her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Teaching, combined with her strong attention to detail and client service skills, make her a vital part of the team.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys spending time with her four children, cooking, and making the most of her downtime whenever she can.
